1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Allodis platform and website (www.allodis.world), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Allodis on behalf of a government body or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Service description

Allodis is a land administration platform providing Survey, Registry, Revenue, Identity and Platform services to government jurisdictions. The platform is provided as a subscription service with implementation support.

3. Free Pilot

The Free Pilot programme provides 90 days of full Government Core features at no cost. Eligibility requires a named sponsoring Permanent Secretary or equivalent. At day 90, tenants convert to a paid tier or move to read-only access with a 30-day cooling-off period.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Paid subscriptions are billed annually. Pricing is tier-based as described on our pricing page. Implementation services are quoted separately. All payments are processed via Stripe.

5. Data ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Allodis platform. Inventur will not access your data except to provide the service, respond to support requests, or comply with legal obligations. Data processing is governed by our Data Processing Agreement.

6. Service level agreement

Allodis targets 99.9% uptime for Government Core and above tiers. Real-time service status is published at our status page. SLA credits are available for qualifying downtime events.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, reverse-engineer the software, or use the service for purposes other than legitimate land administration operations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inventur's total liability under these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Inventur is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 90 days' written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days. After this period, data is deleted in accordance with our retention policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Antigua & Barbuda. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in St. John's, Antigua & Barbuda.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers at least 30 days in advance.
